The Energy & Wellbeing Snapshot is a low-commitment, focused coaching session for women who feel tired, stretched, or under pressure, and sense that the way they’re living may not be sustainable long-term.

You may be functioning well on the outside — managing work, family, and responsibilities — while feeling depleted, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode inside. This session offers a calm space to pause, zoom out, and understand what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

  • You are navigating periods of change, pressure, or adaptation

  • You feel mentally or emotionally overloaded, even if things look “fine” on the outside

  • Rest alone doesn’t seem to restore your energy

  • You want clarity and insight, not quick fixes or productivity hacks

  • You’re curious about 1:1 coaching but want a gentle first step

What the Snapshot includes

1. Short pre-session assessment

Before we meet, you’ll complete a short reflection exploring your energy levels, stressors, priorities, and current life demands.

2. 60-minute 1:1 online session

During our session, we’ll review your responses together and explore:

  • what may be quietly draining your energy

  • how survival mode shows up in your everyday life

  • where more support or adjustment may be needed

 

3. Personalised insights & first steps

You’ll leave with:

  • a clearer understanding of what’s actually exhausting you

  • language for experiences you may not have been able to name before

  • one or two gentle, realistic shifts you can start applying right away

What happens next

The Energy & Wellbeing Snapshot can stand on its own as a single session.
