What the Snapshot includes
1. Short pre-session assessment
Before we meet, you’ll complete a short reflection exploring your energy levels, stressors, priorities, and current life demands.
2. 60-minute 1:1 online session
During our session, we’ll review your responses together and explore:

what may be quietly draining your energy

how survival mode shows up in your everyday life

where more support or adjustment may be needed
3. Personalised insights & first steps
You’ll leave with:

a clearer understanding of what’s actually exhausting you

language for experiences you may not have been able to name before
