This free 20-minute call is a space to pause and reflect. There’s no sales call and no expectation to commit.

The purpose is simply to explore what’s going on for you and see whether my way of working might be supportive.

This call is for you if

  • You feel constantly tired, overwhelmed, or under pressure

  • You’re functioning well on the outside, but feel depleted inside

  • You sense that the way you’re living isn’t sustainable long-term

  • You’re open to deeper, longer-term support rather than quick fixes

What we’ll use this time for

During the call, we'll:

  • talk through what currently feels most draining or unsustainable

  • explore what kind of support might actually help at this stage

  • see whether my approach to coaching feels like a good fit for you
