
How I work
I work with women who are navigating demanding phases of life — often while carrying responsibility, change, or ongoing pressure. From the outside, things may look fine, yet internally, there is tiredness, tension, or a sense of being disconnected from oneself.
My coaching offers a calm, supportive space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters. Rather than focusing on fixing problems or pushing for quick solutions, we work with awareness, clarity, and sustainability — so that changes are not only helpful in the moment, but supportive over time.
Our work together is reflective and collaborative. I help you slow things down enough to understand what is really going on beneath the surface and explore more supportive ways of relating to yourself, your boundaries, and your life circumstances.
